We understand that plans change. To cancel or reschedule your appointment without penalty, please notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled service time.
To cancel or reschedule, contact us directly via phone, text, or through our website. Cancellation requests are only considered received once you receive a confirmation response from us.
A no-show is defined as the client being unreachable or the vehicle being unavailable at the scheduled appointment time and location without prior notice.
In the event of a no-show, the deposit is forfeited in full and a no-show fee equal to 50% of the quoted service price may be charged. This reflects the lost time, fuel, and product preparation costs on our end.
If something comes up last minute, please reach out as soon as possible. We will always do our best to work with you when you communicate with us.
A deposit may be required at the time of booking for certain services, including but not limited to paint correction, ceramic coatings, and multi-service packages. The deposit amount will be communicated to you before booking is confirmed.
Deposits are applied toward the total cost of your service. They are non-refundable unless Crystal Clear Detailing cancels the appointment, in which case a full refund will be issued within 5 business days.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather, equipment failure, illness, or other emergencies. In such cases, we will notify you as early as possible and offer to reschedule at your earliest convenience.
If Crystal Clear Detailing cancels an appointment and you are unable to reschedule, any deposit paid will be refunded in full. No cancellation fee will be charged to the client under these circumstances.
We ask that you have your vehicle accessible and ready at the scheduled appointment time. If we arrive and are unable to begin service due to the vehicle not being available, we will wait up to 15 minutes before treating the appointment as a no-show.
If you anticipate being late, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate reasonable delays when notified in advance.
We take pride in the quality of our work. If you have a concern about a completed service, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will evaluate the concern on a case-by-case basis and, where warranted, return to address any legitimate issues at no additional charge.
Refunds for completed services are not issued as a standard practice. Detailing results vary based on vehicle condition, pre-existing damage, stain depth, paint age, and other factors outside our control that are disclosed in our Terms of Service. We do not guarantee specific outcomes and do not offer refunds based on result expectations alone.
We want every client to be happy. If something does not meet your expectations, contact us within 24 hours and we will make it right.
Due to the time, materials, and preparation involved, ceramic coating and paint correction services are non-refundable once work has begun. These services require significant upfront investment in product and labor, and results are directly tied to the condition of the vehicle at time of service.
Pre-service condition of the vehicle is documented via inspection checklist and, where applicable, paint thickness readings. This documentation serves as the baseline for any post-service concerns.
